ASURE supports every machine we ship — new, used, or remanufactured — with four written delivery standards, a 29-checkpoint pre-delivery inspection, and an end-to-end cross-border sourcing service. The four core service lines below cover the full journey from your purchase order to arrival at the destination port.
Used & Remanufactured Machinery Export
Built to one of four written standards, signed off before payment.
- Original Condition, Refurbished, Remanufactured or Brand-new — you pick the level; we deliver exactly that level.
- Own 15,000 m² remanufacturing plant in Xingyang: stripping, repair, recalibration, reassembly, refinishing.
- Scissor lifts, boom lifts and excavators — Caterpillar, SANY, Komatsu, XCMG, Hyundai, Doosan, JLG, Genie, Dingli, Skyjack and our own ASURE label.
- 6-month remote warranty on used and remanufactured units.
Equipment Inspection & Quality Control
29 documented checkpoints across 8 categories, signed by the technician.
- Roughly 10.6 hours of standard time per unit; the signed report is shared with you before you pay.
- Categories cover grading criteria, structural inspection, engine, hydraulics, electrics, paintwork, tyres, safety.
- Every shipment leaves with the completed report — covers the rejection window and starts the warranty clock.
- Optional fully independent third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV on request.
Cross-Border Sourcing & Procurement
Tell us what your project needs — we source it, inspect it, contract it and ship it.
- Demand confirmation with a dedicated account manager; we shortlist 2–3 units that match your spec.
- We only go to market after your purchase order is confirmed — no double-selling, no yard carry costs.
- Full cycle: supplier negotiation → inspection → remanufacturing → export documentation → ocean freight.
- Volume discounts at 2–3 units (2% off), 4–6 units (6% off) and 7+ units (8% off).
Global Shipping & Logistics
Container, break-bulk, RoRo and air freight to 50+ countries.
- Routine lanes into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, South America and Europe.
- We arrange export clearance in China and ship a full document pack with every unit: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE / EPA / SONCAP / other conformity documents.
- We can introduce an experienced broker at the destination port for import clearance.
- Lead-time 4–8 weeks end-to-end, depending on destination and document requirements.
How a Typical Order Works
From your purchase order to arrival at the destination port — usually 4 to 8 weeks.

Demand Confirmation
Tell us the machine type, condition level, budget and destination. A dedicated account manager collects the spec and confirms feasibility.

Sourcing & Shortlist
We search the market and present 2–3 candidate units with current photos, hours, location and our indicative asking price in USD.
- 03
Inspection & Sign-Off
On purchase order, we inspect against the 29-checkpoint standard and share the signed report. You may also commission your own third-party inspection.
- 04
Remanufacturing (if applicable)
For Refurbished or Remanufactured orders, our Xingyang plant strips, repairs, refinishes and tests the unit before export.
- 05
Documentation & Shipment
Export documents, container loading and ocean freight are coordinated; we hand you the tracking reference and the full document pack.
