How We Protect Buyers: Your Questions Answered

Buying machinery from another country means trusting a seller you cannot see. Here is exactly how we protect you at every step — in writing, not in promises.
How do I know the machine is real?
A product page that says “in stock” means we have inspected that specific unit and it is on our yard. Everything else is listed as “sourced to order” — we only go and find it after your order is confirmed, so we never sell the same machine twice. Before you pay, we share the data plate, the hour meter and the inspection report for the exact unit you are buying.
How do I know the condition is as described?
Every machine goes through our 29-point inspection across 8 categories, and the signed checklist is shared with you before you pay. If the machine arrives and the report was wrong, the report is your evidence — and we act on it under the warranty.
How am I protected on payment?
You never pay the full amount up front. The standard structure is 30% deposit on a signed contract, with the 70% balance only against a copy of the bill of lading — meaning the machine is already on the vessel before the balance is due. For orders above USD 50,000 we accept letters of credit. See the full payment comparison.
What if I cannot visit the factory?
We run live video walkarounds where you direct the camera — data plate, hour meter, cold start, hydraulic cycle. It is the next best thing to being there, and you can ask questions on the call.
What happens after the machine arrives?
Used and remanufactured units carry a 6-month remote warranty: covered failures are resolved by component replacement, remote technical guidance, or negotiated partial refund. Details are in the contract — see what the warranty really covers.
The principle is simple: every promise we make is written down and shared before you pay. If a seller will not put it in writing, that is your answer.
